Currently is difficult to find a delivered return if it was archived or grouped. Requires searching in multiple similar locations

Thank you for providing this feedback! We have had other similar requests for a feature similar to this. Our product team has been having discussions on providing a more seamless way to access clients across all modules. We look forward to notifying you once we are able to put these items into production!

  • Any progress on this?  It looks like the ability to archive grouped returns has been "planned" for more than a year now... thanks!

  • Hi Marty, the requests we receive are considered and implemented on a priority basis and planned significantly in advance. The ability to mass search for a client is one of our larger features that is on our roadmap and we don't have an ETA at this time. This request is different than what you had mentioned with the ability to archive grouped returns, but I do want to assure you this is on our radar and we are looking for ways to enhance this feature overall.

If you have not already, I recommend you follow our Product Release Notes channel so you can stay up to date on the newest enhancements!

  • I was searching the community for a search recommendation and this is exactly what I was looking for.  We would GREATLY appreciate the ability to search the entire Returns module or Organizer module without having to search each area - Delivered, Archived, Grouped, etc. That is very time consuming and confusing. One search bar to look across the whole platform would be excellent!  If there is currently the ability and we have missed it please let me know as this is our first year using SafeSend. Thank You!
