Login problems - stuck on the “Loading Application… Please wait” screen

I was stuck on the “Loading Application… Please wait” screen, so my colleague sent me this KB article, which resolved my problem. Thank you.

For the suggestion box…It might help other users if your “Loading Application… Please wait” page had an additional message that says “If the application fails to load, go to this specific URL, https://login.safesendreturns.com/, and try again. See KB article at https://safesendreturns.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4416117448211-Login-Problems-After-an-Update-Page-Continuously-Loading”

    Hi Phil, I am glad to hear that you had a colleague familiar with this and was able to direct you to this article to resolve your issue! 

    I can certainly see why providing a link or more information on this screen may help users who are experiencing this, although there may be some technical limitations to a change such as this since this issue is related to a time-out occurring. Regardless, I will bring this information to my product team so we can have this on our radar. Thank you!
