Controller Dashboard Mobile Device update

Our clients are struggling with the Controller Dashboard on their mobile devices. 

On the desktop/tablet version the controller dashboard lists every return within the group in the name column, but on the mobile version the controller dashboard just shows blank boxes under the column for each return. 

Unfortunately I don’t have a screenshot to share showing the difference, but it’s been tough for clients that have multiple returns to review when they can’t tell which one they are opening. 

We of course recommend using a computer over a phone, but there’s quite a few people that only have cell phones any more.

    Hi Andrea, thank you for providing this feedback! At this time, grouped returns is not compatible on mobile.

    I can confirm that a priority we have for this year is to revamp the grouped returns feature and work on releasing a mobile friendly version for clients. For now, I have reached out to my product team to see if we can provide a pop-up that will ask that the user move to a desk top to access the returns. Hopefully, this will help revert some confusion!

  • Thank you Alyse.  I appreciate the attention to the issue.  About half of our calls/emails from clients struggling with the software are because of this issue. Hopefully future revamps will help. We look forward to it :)
