Update Contact Info

We did not add mobile numbers when sending returns this year, but plan to do that next year for most clients.  This is something we would like to do during the summer, rather than during the tax season, but unfortunately it looks like we aren't able to update the mobile numbers for clients who have e-signed - only the email field is editable for those (the majority) clients.  Could this be changed so we can update all clients' contact info during the off season and not have to remember to do it when sending next years' returns?

    Hi Marty, I apologize for the delay in following up on this. My development team is able to confirm that per the current design, if an MFJ return is Partially Signed or E-Signed, all the fields except for the Client ID and the Email are 'locked in' and cannot be edited. We are routing this internally to consider updating the function of Client Info for MFJ returns, although we just recently released our Client Management, which should cover your concerns.
