Mobile Client Experience

Feedback from clients indicate that returns on mobile devices are difficult to maneuver...

Is a mobile app or improvements to mobile experience in the works?  I know grouped returns are being worked on - what about being able to download before signing?  Or K-1 Distribution?  Are these features going to be added to the mobile experience?

    Hi Marty, while we do have plans to enhance the mobile experience, we don't have any big changes coming before this next tax season. 

    Mobile updates can take some time, although I do want to assure you that mobile updates are a high priority for us in 2024.
