SafeSend Suite
Improvements
- Migrated the Developer Section to the SafeSend Suite navigation dropdown widget for easy access to all of the SafeSend API offerings and configuration needs
- Added Suite Settings in the SafeSend Suite navigation dropdown widget for admins to manage general and security settings at the Suite level
- Access all features of Account Management via the SafeSend Suite navigation dropdown widget
- Added Client Management in the SafeSend Suite navigation dropdown widget
- View and manage client information for SafeSend Returns and SafeSend Organizers clients from the single place
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue where accessing the SafeSend URL from a saved bookmark was generating an invalid webpage message
SafeSend Returns
Improvements
- Stability, reliability, and security improvements throughout all of SafeSend Returns.
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue where clients were unable to download Oregon Voucher OR-20-V
- Fixed an issue where the export to Excel of the K-1 Partner Update report was missing information or showing misinformation in random columns
- Fixed an issue where clients could not enter credit card information to pay their invoices
- Fixed an issue where users had to select ERO manually while processing the tax return as the default ERO was not getting populated automatically
- Fixed an issue where Export to Excel was not exporting all the pages of the report
- Fixed an issue where clients were receiving error messages and could not send K-1s successfully to their partners despite having a valid email address
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to save changes made to manual address details in Manual Signature Options

- Option to set signatures as mandatory or optional in engagement letters, organizer signature pages, and additional e-sign pages
- Restrict client access to the fillable organizer and source document upload before receiving signature by setting signature controls to mandatory
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue where the date entered by a client in the fillable date field would not save if the client started navigating pages
- Fixed an issue where the Notes and Upload Section in the right panel of the organizer pages were getting overlapped if the client resized the browser window
- Fixed an issue where a firm did not receive daily document upload notification even when clients uploaded documents
SafeSend Extensions

- Fixed an issue where turning off the voucher reminder settings was not saving and reverting to the original setting

- Preview PDF documents uploaded by the clients before downloading

- Users can now search, sort, and filter the Request Documents list
- Search by using email addresses or client name
- Sort the requests alphabetically or the newest/oldest
