In person signatures
We have been sending returns for e-signature for years. We have a lot of client that just show up after receiving the signature request and expect to be able to sign. We tend to send 90% of the returns through SafeSend this tax season and looking for a way for the walk-ins to sign. I had imagined a Kiosk where clients can pull up their info and sign... I was told they can do this if they can get to their email. I did a poll of our employees and found only a small percentage can easily get to their email if they need to use their password...
There should be an option where we can have a laptop and navigate to the clients return for them to sign.

Hi Scott, Thanks for providing this feedback. While I am not sure when this will be put on our roadmap, this is something on our radar, as other firms have requested this as well. I will include your name in the list of firms looking for a feature like this!
