UltraTax Organizer - "Prior Year Information" Column

Hello! 

Our firm noticed that last year we had clients editing the data in the greyed out "prior year information" column instead of in the current year column. Can we have this section of the UltraTax organizer not editable because our accountants use the prior year information for comparison. It is difficult if they have to look up what the actual numbers were because the client accidentally changed them in the organizer

    Hi Carissa, Thanks for this feedback! I can see how turning these fillable fields 'off' would alleviate some of these issues. I will send this request to our product team to consider updating in future product release.

  • Just processed a test 2024 organizer and am seeing this as well. I agree; these fields need not be completed by the client!
