SafeSend Organizers - UltraTax CS® Fillable Field Alignment

Situation: Some UltraTax CS® users are experiencing an issue where certain pages are not centered, like the questionnaire. This margin shift causes the checkboxes or fillable fields in SafeSend to be off and not match the printed page. This is an issue with how the organizer is being generated from UltraTax CS®.

If your organizer looks shrunken or shifted, you may be experiencing this. 

Workarounds: This issue seems most common with the questionnaire. You can use our Custom Questions feature instead of the organizer questionnaire. Alternatively, the help center articles below contain troubleshooting steps that may help you resolve the print issue:
