Client view bookmarks on returns

It would be helpful if there were separate bookmarks for returns that have federal and state returns. That way a taxpayer would be able to click on the bookmark for a state to jump to that page, rather than having to scroll all the way through the pages.

    Thanks for providing this feedback. On the step where the client reviews the tax return, the bookmarks appear on the right-hand side and they can click through them (see image below). Can you clarify if there is another location you are referring to?

  • Hi Alyse!  My client view bookmarks don't look like that.  Is there a setting maybe?

    Is this screenshot you are showing from the 'Review Tax Documents' screen? This may also be due to the uploaded return and the bookmarks from the actual PDF. This is where the information is pulled from. If you have any additional concerns on this, I may suggest you open a support ticket so one of our representatives can further troubleshoot with you!   • This is a screenshot from the Client view option on a return we delivered last year.  We will reach out to support to figure out how to change the bookmarks out of UltraTax.  Thanks!
