Issue Printing Organizers from UltraTax

I sent the message below to support and they suggested it is an UltraTax issue. Has anyone else experienced this?
We have followed the step-by-step directions for UT Print Settings for Organizers and Engagement Letters. When we get to Print Multiple UltraTax Organizers, we run into an issue. We select a physical printer. We select all clients. For "Print What," we have Per Client Settings selected. Then the issue - When clicking on Options to select pages, it says "No options available based on your current selections." So we tried to just print one organizer, and we can get in Options to select pages, but Personal Information and Client Contact Information do not show up in the list. We do not want to print single organizers as that will be a lot of extra work. Please contact me to assist with this issue. Dawn |

Thank you Gina! You're correct! We recently updated our print settings article for printing multiple organizers. You will want to set up your collation under Setup > 1040 individual as outlined. Then, when you're ready to print, you can follow the instructions in the printing multiple organizers section.

Try going into "Setup" then "1040 Individual" then scroll to the right to click on the Organizer tab and then click on "Organizer" under the "Collation" Heading on the right; you can make sure that "Personal Information" and "Client Contact Information" is set to Always here.
