7216 Consent Letters
Currently, 7216 letters must be sent through Safesend Signatures to meet the e-signature requirements in Revenue Procedure 2013-14. It does not meet the requirements because the name automatically populates when you click to sign the consent letter. If that could be a feature that we could turn off, then we could keep the 7216 consent letters within the organizer as an additional e-document to sign and avoid having to send the letters outside the process. This would be more efficient and should be considered. I strongly encourage you to review this issue. I appreciate your thoughts and consideration.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I can certainly see why this would be an important setting to ensure compliance. I will make sure to get this reported to our product team to consider updating in a future release.
