Notification emails re: clients uploading source docs

Anyone else having this issue. We had it last year too:

 

I’m receiving duplicate emails stating that a client has updated their source documents almost 12 hours after the initial email. The source documents and organizer were Finished so I know the client couldn’t have gotten back into it without me unlocking it plus I double checked and nothing new has been uploaded.
