Screen Share in Organizers
I submitted a feature request but it was suggested I post it here as well. I'd LOVE to see the Screen Share feature that is available in Returns added to Organizers. Many of our older clients aren't able to figure it out on their own (we've provided the client experience videos to watch) and aren't the best at describing what's happening over the phone. If I could see their screen it would make it easier for me to help them with Organizers.

Having the Screen Share feature be available across the Suite platform could be very beneficial to both the Firm and Clients. Thank you for the feedback!
We agree, this would be a great feature
We would still like to see this feature added to the SafeSend organizer module. Clients are having issues with the new AI Gather organizer and it would be extremely helpful to show them how to navigate it.
