SafeSend Exchange - Retention Period Incorrect When Reply, Reply All, or Forward is Used

Situation: Some firms have reported that when forwarding or replying to messages in SafeSend Exchange, the retention period is changed to the same day rather than the user's default setting. 

Status: Our Development team is aware of this issue and they are currently working to resolve it. 

Workarounds: Update the retention period before delivering the message.

    This issue has been resolved for new replies and forwards. Your default retention period settings will apply to these messages moving forward.
