SafeSend Suite - Taxpayer Access Link Issues

Situation: The SafeSend Suite was unavailable at times on 3/20/2024 due to a Microsoft Azure outage.

This outage may have impacted some taxpayer access links. The taxpayer may see an error when they attempt to access their return from an affected email. 

Workaround: Send a reminder, resend the access link, or recall and redeliver the return to generate a new link. 

If this does not correct the link, please reach out to support@safesend.com

Status: The issue has been resolved moving forward.
