Window for Returns/Extensions Saved Message is too small for Client

The window for the Client that has the information from the Saved Messages is too small and requires the client to scroll to see the full message.  Most of the time, the client does not notice the scroll bar and message has little meaning for what they see.  I can see the full message when I use the ellipsis function for Client View, but when I send a return to myself and test the message, I do not see the full message.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I can see how the smaller screen that requires scrolling could cause some customer confusion. I have put in a request on your behalf to consider make this section larger.

  • This should definitely be a full page or at least a box that sizes itself to the message.  Clients do not scroll and then get frustrated when they can't figure things out.
