Organizer - Note to clients not to upload duplicate copies

It would be helpful to put a note to clients not to upload more than one copy of a document even though there may be multiple areas for the information.  For example a 1099-Consolidated report may have information in more than one place on the organizer and now we have multiple copies to sort through.

  • Agreed. Consolidated 1099s were the form I saw duplicates of the most but it could happen with anything and would be nice to have a notice somewhere to help direct clients not to upload a document more than once.
