Reposting - New TTC Version 6.0.X

We are a firm of 25 who have utilized SafeSend offerings including TTC for years.  We operate in a Terminal Environment and have used TTC 4.XX.  With the sunsetting of the old version and prompting to upgrade to the new version, we installed version TTC 6.0.X for our staff.  We immediately experienced issues with TTC and Adobe.  When utilizing TTC (stamps, calc, etc.) and closing the pdf file/tab, the file "hangs" open.  This prevents the user from drag and drop, renaming, etc. in TR, CCH or even Windows Explorer programs UNTILL you close the entire Adobe program.  And, even with that...it takes a while.  As accountants, we often have multiple tabs/pdfs open at one time and it is not efficient to have to close all of them to move, rename, check-in, etc. a pdf file that should be closed.  This does not happen unless we open and use the TTC plugin.
 
We have an open ticket with support/development regarding this issue who insist that we are the only ones who are experiencing this issue, although they admit there are customers experiencing issues with the new 6.0.X version of TTC.  I guess it is just not this particular issue.  Without others reporting this problem, it is difficult to say whether this is due to an issue in our IT environment - although we believe it is not. 
 
For now, we are reverting back to 4.X until these issues are resolved.
