Archive Shut-Off
I love the archive feature! What I don't like, however, is that archiving doesn't stop clients from uploading more source documents, signing their engagement letter, or completing their organizer. If you're like me, you archive a client's organizer once you've downloaded their documents, to tidy up the Delivered Organizers Report page. Once I move that client to archive, it's out of sight, out of mind! However, I've found sooooo many clients who just don't listen when I ask them to stop uploading to SSR, and upload to my personal drop off link in SSE instead. I know there are workarounds to this, but it would make life sooooo much easier if when archiving, SafeSend would automatically make the client's link inaccessible. This way we don't miss out on important documents and we don't continue to bother the client(s) for documents they've previously provided.

Hello Alyssa. Thank you for this feedback. We love hearing about positive experiences with the product. I can certainly see how an automation of locking down an Organizer once archived can be helpful. I have submitted this request to our Product team. As you mentioned there are workarounds, the most efficient one I suggest is to close by firm. You can do this on a bulk level to save time!
