Grouped returns - adding office location
Our firm has 8 offices using SafeSend and multiple admin persons in each office sending tax returns for multiple EROs per office. We rely on the Office Location filter to have a specified list of clients to work with in SafeSend on a regular basis. All of our offices have access to all clients because of the amount of cross office work and phone calls we receive.
We love that grouped returns are now listed with the Delivered returns, and that works well for returns that are delivered one by one. However, when we deliver grouped returns there is not an option to add the Office Location. This means we can’t use the Office filter to find returns and that causes us moments of panic not being able to find a return in the list, then realizing its because of the office location filter and having to find an alternate sort which takes more time.
We would LOVE to be able to use the Office Location on grouped clients to make them show up in Office lists.
