Document Request Message From Tax Preparer
The message from the tax preparer should be the first thing the client sees when they open a DRL - we like to include instructions for uploading and clients aren't seeing them because they don't know to click on the messages button. The message should appear when they open the DRL, similar to the first page of the organizer - a short message from our office, then they can click on "Get Started" or something like.
As it is, the DRL is very confusing for clients. It is not clear that they can return to the page to upload later. The "Submit Request" button should say something like "Send Documents" instead. Better instruction would prevent us having to answer the same repeated questions over the phone and reopen DRLs.

Hi Marty, the message not being visible when the DRL is opened is something we have had a lot of feedback on. We have recently confirmed that this is something already on our roadmap. We should see this released in an upcoming product release.
