Show what has already been downloaded in Gather
When clients come in and initially upload documents, we download that set of documents. When the client uploads more documents, we get the email there are additional uploads by the client. When we log back in, we have no way of easily identifying which documents are the new documents that we have already downloaded. It would be great if there was a way we could tell which documents are "new"; or that we haven't downloaded yet.

Hi Tish, if you click on the Source Document Status, you will see the download status for each uploaded document.
So on my client, they are only 17% uploaded. So on this screen, under the Source Document Status it says Uploaded; but they are not finished. It is a blue icon and doesn't give me the option to click on it, thus nothing pops up. So, does it have to be "Finished" for this option? If so, then my request would be for this box to populate when we are still waiting on additional documents to be uploaded. Thank you for the response!
You should be able to click the status if it says Uploaded, Finished, or Downloaded. As long as some documents have already been downloaded, you should have the option to click. If no documents have been downloaded, the status won't be clickable.
