Client View for users in Client One Hub Portal
For those clients that are less than capable of navigating their One Hub portal, we'd very much like to request a client view so we can see what those clients are looking at.

The Client View for Client Portal was released in our 2024 Q4 product release. This feature can be found by accessing the Client View > Select client name in upper right corner > Access Client Portal.

This needs to be a top priority for roll out as soon as possible.
We absolutely need to be able to view everything from the client's perspective. There are so many times that you can tell a client is overlooking something really simple and we have to have the ability to directly point to it for them.
I agree with what has been suggested. The clients will want support and help walking through the portal. If we don't have the ability to see that it makes it very difficult to assist.
