Notification to Client that eisgnatures were accepted

We get several questions from clients asking if they have completed the signature process correctly. They tend to overlook the "You have completed the required steps" statement on the landing page.

It might be nice if an email or text (when available) could go to the client to confirm they did their signature process correctly.

  • I had the same comment a few months ago as well. They suggested that we change the default "Download E-Signed Forms" email. We ended up changing that email to the following:

    "Congratulations! You have successfully completed the E-Signing of your tax forms and we will now E-File your tax returns.

    Your final and signed tax documents are available for download by clicking the link below."
