SS Gather and secure files from clients

We would like to know how other firms are handling the Gather secure document upload restriction.  Many of our clients uploaded secured documents to Organizer and we unsecured them on their behalf.  It would be a huge amount of client training for us to assist our clients with unsecuring documents before uploading to Gather.  Please let us know of your solutions.  Thanks, Sue McIlvaine
