Clients Not Leaving "Uploads" List When Downloaded

Once upon a time when a client uploaded more documents via their organizer, we could sort by "Uploads" to see what was new, click "Download Newly Added" to get the new docs, and then refresh the list - then that client would disappear from the list, because they had no documents that hadn't been downloaded. Now, I have to download the newly added, and THEN click "Download All" to make them disappear from the list. Just clicking the "Download Newly Added" button isn't doing it, and it's leading to confusion and wasted time on the admin team. Please bring this feature back.

    Hello Kshitija,

Using the Download Newly Added button changes the status to Downloaded if the document is immediately downloaded to your PC. If the item was sent to your My Downloads folder in SafeSend, it must be downloaded from that folder before the status changes.

If this is not how the program is currently functioning, please report the issue to support@safesend.com for review.

    Thank you!

  • I am having a hard time with this too- we just keep downloading the same documents and comparing them to the info we already have, which is extremely inefficient.

  • Yes, me too. I just sent a message to support. Items that I downloaded yesterday are showing up in the  Upload column and when I view the docs, they are showing as not downloaded and no download date but they are ones that I definitely downloaded already. This is really frustrating!

  • We are having the same issues- why change the things that were working great? Extremely inefficient this year and we have a lot of new hires, so this has been BEYOND frustrating. Please fix this!
