Organizers - Finish button Update

Are there any current plans in the work to update the process of this?  Clients are not understanding the need to click on "Finish" on both the organizer & the upload documents screens to show they are indeed Finished.  It's leading to a lot of time spent hand-holding and reaching out to clients to see if they are indeed done. There should also be the option to skip the organizer and just upload documents if a client wishes to do so.

  • I made a post similar to this. I've wasted so much time dealing with this. Also, no section should HAVE to be done before moving on to the next section.

  • Agreed! I have also posted about this. It has taken up SO much time manually following up with clients who think they have submitted their documents, but never clicked "Finish" on the source documents upload page. I have to remind them, email them again, send them a screenshot to clarify, etc. This has really slowed down my workflow and hope that it can be updated.

  • Yes, exactly what we do here.  We even have added it to the system messages but clients still aren't clicking finished.  For a product that is supposed to save time, it's definitely taking more devoted time for this process.
