API - Gather - Download Source Documents webhook does not provide AI recognized filename update

When we manually download source documents from Gather, the AI dynamically renames files to match what was recognized on the Document Request List.

When those same files are transferred using the API webhook, only the original upload filename is provided, which is often something useless like 202504131234567.pdf.

The webhook should provide BOTH the original filename and any rename suggested by the AI.
