SafeSend Organizer - Finish button
We've received feedback from several clients that the "Finish" button within the Organizer has been a source of confusion—particularly when compared to the "Save and Continue Later" option.
Clients have accidentally clicked “Finish” without realizing it would lock them out of the Organizer, preventing them from making further changes or uploads.
To improve the user experience, would it be possible to add a confirmation pop-up when a client clicks the Finish button on any step, with messaging such as:
"Are you sure you’re ready to finish? Clicking 'Finish' will lock your Organizer and you will no longer be able to make changes. If you need access again, please contact your firm."
[Yes, Finish] [No, Go Back]
This would help prevent accidental submissions and reduce client frustration.

Thank you for the suggestion! We have received quite a bit of feedback on the Client Experience and continue to work on enhancing each step. Please note, we do currently provide verbiage letting them know that once they click Finish, they will not be able to make any additional changes.
It would also be helpful to add an alt text or static notice at the summary page after they mark it finished so if they come back later it will remind them why they can't modify the organizer. This would alleviate so many frustrations.
Or just have ONE finish button - 90% of our clients click finish on the organizer and believe they are done.
Yes Please! This was the biggest obstacle this year. 90% of our phone calls about SafeSend this year were people getting locked out of their organizers.
