Locked Returns - Client
It would be helpful when a client locks themselves out of their return the automated message they receive includes the taxpayer name. We have clients with multiple entities as well as personal tax returns. It would save a lot of back and forth to figure out which one it is when they forward the message they receive from SafeSend (see below). Especially when the person who prepared the return (and also gets a message from SafeSend) in our office is on vacation.
