Clearer Communication from Gather AI to Smart Phone Users
I am aware that when smart phone users access Gather AI, they are unable to complete the questionnaire and Organizer. We have had to follow up with numerous clients who indicate the system tells them all tasks are complete, when in fact they are not. A client sent me a screen shot of what she sees and I can totally understand her confusion - see below:

Please modify the screen to tell users that they still need to complete the questionnaire and organizer by accessing it through a laptop/desktop.

Thank you for reporting this to us. While we do initially outline this in the first prompt that they receive before uploading and/or signing documents, I agree that it should be outlined on the completed page as well. I am going to report this to our product team and request that we prioritize updating the text on this screen.
