SafeSend Exchange
It would be helpful to allow SafeSend Admin access to another users Mailbox Delegation settings in Exchange. We recently had a user leave our firm and transitioned their client accounts to a new user, but there was no way to update the Mailbox delegation setting to add the new user. If a user enables Mailbox delegation and selects all users, it will not capture new users after that point. New users need to be added manually. A workaround was to reset the former users SafeSend password and access their email to create a new password; and login as the former user.
