I agree. It always seemed weird there wasn't a deleted folder. We created folders in My Files to move items to once they have been acted upon. We have different ones for if the mailbox owner pulled/if someone else came in and pulled, etc. But you have to make sure all users are aware of that process and are setting up their My Files accordingly.

Makes no sense that there no Recycle Bin for this - please add!!
