Client Portal - Able to Delete Downloaded Documents

There is currently no way for a client to delete documents that they have downloaded on the client portal (from a SafeSend Exchange email).  If they download the document multiple times, they cannot delete the duplicated documents listed under the Direct Download dropdown.  Please add an option to delete downloaded documents.

  • Also for the client to be able to move documents to different folders. We have clients that put documents in the current year folder instead of the tax year folder.
