Expand Engagement Year Options in Gather AI

Currently, SafeSend Gather AI only allows the prior two years for engagement options. This limitation creates several challenges:

• We can't use Gather for current-year onboarding (2025) until current year organizers are ready in tax systems; and we can't plan ahead for future (e.g. 2026) engagements.
• It causes a disconnect with SafeSend Exchange, which supports a broader range of years.
• Firms offering year-round planning or entity services are forced to use alternative tools.

I understand that Gather AI is tightly integrated with SafeSend Returns and tax seasons, but expanding it would make Gather far more versatile across service lines.

Would love to see support for current and future years (e.g. 2025 and 2026) added soon! Thanks.
