No Signature for Engagement Letter in Organizer and Gather

We upload a "Welcome to Busy Season" letter with our tax organizers that requires no signature.  In Organizers and Gather, all options for uploaded items (engagement letter, consent form, other) require a signature or for the client to "Decline". This is confusing to our clients.  Would it be possible to make another option to upload a letter that requires no action from the client (no signature/no need to decline)?
