Include file name or tax year in subject line or body of email for email notifications to firm saying all signers have signed

It would be great if these email notifications would have the tax year of the signed form. It can get confusing if someone is signing an amended return from a previous year and a current year return. We then have to go into SafeSend/SafeSignature and look up multiple records to confirm what year form was signed.
