Rearrange pages withing sections in the Group tab in Tax Returns

We'd like to be able to rearrange pages within the sections on the Group tabs in Tax Returns.  Sometimes, the e-file pages are not in the same order as the transmittal letter, and to make it easier on the client, we'd like to arrange them in the same order as the letter.  Thanks
