Preparing for Organizers in UT- not all are sent SafeSend
In preparing to send organizers in Ultra Tax - we don't send all of them through SafeSend, so how are you all distinguishing the clients to include in the Data Mining report? Instructions say to select "ALL" clients but we have a good many that we don't send one to or we mail it to and it is creating ALOT more work to have to go into the spreadsheet and delete the ones that will not receive it via SafeSend.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated or insight on how you prepare.

By time Ultra Tax has the data mining report feature available, we've already sent out our organizers. We don't want to wait for Ultra Tax. I literally go through and create a status of how the organizers are being delivered and filter via that way.
