Gather AI file request name limits

Is anyone else feeling constricted on the file name length limits for document requests in Gather?  The request name can be as long as you want, but the client can only see about 30 characters, and once they upload documents, it reduces down to 20 characters.  It will be hard for our clients to know what documents are being requested if they can hardly read any of the request.
