Client Management - Newly Married Clients

It would be great if Client Management automatically updated when we import a return for a previously single client who is now filing Married Filing Jointly. Currently, an error stating "Some client information failed to update in the client management database...Failed to save data in client management" occurs when we attempt to update client information, and we must navigate to Client Management to select 'Married Filing Jointly' in order to access the spouse section. It would be nice to have it changed in the processing of the return.
