SafeSend Exchange Outlook Plugin - Request for clarification on number of files that can be sent
I'm trying to confirm the maximum number of files that can be sent via the SafeSend Exchange Outlook plugin. We have a couple clients with a large number of K-1s (one client has 81 K-1s) so I was trying to figure out how best to send them securely. The limit used to be 25 files. Per my call with support today there is no limit to the number of files, just a data limit of 3 GB, which my files were well under. I was not able to include more than 50 files--any additional files remained attached to the email as unsecured PDF attachments. Can we confirm if the maximum limit to the number of files that can be sent at one time is now 50?

Thank you for reaching out! We have performed some additional testing on our end and can confirm there is not a limit to the number of files you may upload, as long as the total data does not exceed 3GB. If the data is greater than the limit, please try uploading the files as a compressed ZIP file instead.
