Client Portal report
I was so excited to see the new release included the Client Portal report. However, it only shows the clients with portals. I was truly hoping it would show both users and non users so we can target the clients that still need to sign up. I do not want to do this figure this out manually - it takes way too much time. Please, please, please re-program that report to show both clients who have signed up and clients who have not. The clients without portals thought that attaching documents to a Gather request meant they had a portal. Some did create one but we then had to manually move those documents in there as the download of their documents happened before they created a portal. We would so like to get this cleared up before sending Gather organizers again!!

I agree - I thought it would be somehow integrated with the Client Management section to make it easier to target those without it and not have two sections we need check into for client info
100% agree, this report really isn't giving us the information we are looking for. Also, it would be great to be able to sort by ERO, we have 4 in our office. Also, it is not showing the businesses related to the emails.
