SafeSend Returns

Improvements

• SafeSend Returns now has improved logic when evaluating estimated payment vouchers that are updated using the Upload Estimates command. When an estimated payment voucher is updated on a delivered return, SafeSend Returns now uses the following criteria to determine if it is a duplicate:

  • Authority
  • Payment Type
  • Form Name

  If these criteria match, the form is considered a duplicate and will display the following warning to the user:

  
  Duplicate estimates will not be shown in the Vouchers tab of the return. Only the last uploaded voucher will be presented to the taxpayer.

Resolved Issues

• Fixed an issue that limited uploading only one voucher per tax authority. Users can now upload multiple vouchers per tax authority.
