Adobe Crashes with TTC

In our peak season, many of our TTC users experienced Adobe crashes, especially when working in large PDFs. After attempted troubleshooting with Support, we found uninstalling TTC was the best solution to prevent crashes. We cannot recreate these problems now that peak season is over. The support team has assured us performance is not site traffic related. We're trying to figure how to gain assurance that TTC will work seamlessly in the upcoming peak season. We would love to talk with anyone who has experienced and solved this problem.

  • We just uninstalled ours and left it off. We had the same issues. Some people could not open pdf's at all, some could not but passwords on them, some could open them but not scroll, it was total CHAOS!!
