Secure File Dransfer DRL - multiple participants

Previous Feature Request marked as completed, but the answer given was not applicable to the request. Please review and add this to urgent feature requests - it absolutely does not make sense to have spouses working on separate document request lists.

Original request is from August 2024! I would think this should have been updated before now.
