Batch Organizers for AI Gather-prep work(CS)

THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY!!!!  I have started working on my excel sheets to prepare for sending batch organizers in CS. I have 4 ERO's and am at 45 minutes and still waiting on the report to generate for the ERO that only has 85 clients.  This is just to pull the report to export to excel, then I still have to go in to do my "clean-up" to get onto the SafeSend .CSV.
