Problems with CCH ProFx Organizers

I have encountered a few problems when testing out the functionality of the online fillable organizers sent with Gather. Our firm uses CCH ProFx.

• Some boxes, specifically on the third page, don't line up with the box characters on the page. All the selectable boxes are in between the box characters actually on the page, so it is confusing to know which box corresponds to which questions.
• The "Need help?" owl scrolls with the document. If you scroll to the bottom of the document page, the owl disappears out of the top of the browser.
• For "if yes/no" questions, it would make more sense if the boxes on the follow-up questions only appear based on the box selected for the parent question. Right now, clients can check boxes to "if yes" follow-up questions that they answered "no" to.
• There is no way to delete or organize the order of pages in batch gathers. Specifically, our organizers print a signature page for the client that is at the beginning of the organizer. It can be confusing if clients think they need to sign it but have no way of e-signing it. I would like to be able to move this page to the end of the organizer or delete it altogether, if no e-sign functionality is added.

So far loving everything that SafeSend can do, and we're looking forward to new updates.
