SafeSend One
Improvements
- 7216 Consent Management: We have introduced a way to track and manage 7216 consent for your clients. This can be applied to both internal users by marking them as offshore and for clients by assigning consent to them. This consent can be viewed and managed via Account Management. Please consult our Help Center for more details.
Signatures
Improvements
- New 7216 Control for Signatures: Within SafeSend Signature a new control was added to automatically set 7216 if the taxpayer opts in. This will also be viewable via Signature reporting.
Returns
Improvements
- 7216 Consent Security for Returns: Returns will now be hidden for offshore users when 7216 client consent is not applied. This will be opt in. More information can be found on our Help Center.

Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue where downloading a merged file would be stuck in My Downloads.
- Fixed an issue where edits to the custom questionnaire would additionally apply to the first section.
- Fixed an issue where users could not upload documents for signatures larger than 50MB.
- Fixed an issue where batches would fail to upload intermittently.

Update still doesn't fix the issue where edits to the custom questionnaire would additionally apply to the first section. You guys fixed the top layer, but now the same thing happens with the sub choices.
